    • Premium Chuck Bodies: Available in three configurations to match your RPM and durability requirements:
      • High-Tensile Cast Iron: Alloyed with Chromium, Nickel, and Manganese for superior wear resistance (Hardness: 210 BHN).
      • SG Iron (500/7 Grade): Designed for high-speed operations and extended service life (Hardness: 210 BHN).
      • Nickel-Chrome Alloy Steel: Features hardened and ground jaw ways for maximum accuracy and high-RPM stability (Hardness: 45 HRC).
    • Generous Through-Hole: Designed with large bore diameters to accommodate bar stock and long workpieces easily.
    • Precision Scroll: Drop-forged from high-tensile alloy steel, precision machined, and hardened to 35 HRC for consistent centering accuracy.
    • Hardened Jaws: Constructed from low-carbon alloy steel, case-hardened to 62 HRC, and ground on both sides to ensure a smooth fit and perfect pitch.
    • Durable Pinions: Made from specialized alloy steel and case-hardened to 50 HRC for high torque resistance.
    • Included Accessories: Every chuck includes a high-strength operating key and a full set of mounting bolts (3, 4, or 6 pieces).
    • Precision Jaw Systems: Available in both 3-jaw and 4-jaw configurations to provide superior grip and centering accuracy.
    • Extensive Size Range: We offer a comprehensive selection of sizes, from compact 80mm (3.1/4″) units up to heavy-duty 400mm (15.3/4″) chucks.
